AUTO ACCIDENT EXPERTS

Auto accident injuries

WERE YOU IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT AND SUFFERING FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING?

Headaches, neck or back pain, whiplash, shoulder pain, elbow, wrist of carpal tunnel, hip, knee and / or ankle discomfort, joint pain and / or stiffness?  These are classic pain areas associated with injuries caused by auto accidents.   Waiting for one or more of these pain issues to resolve on their own is NOT the best course of action.  Many times, pain can become chronic and / or cause further damage without treatment.  Also, some pain issues don't start right away, a week or two may go by.  Regardless, taking action soon after an auto accident puts you back in the drivers seat for maximum recovery.  As a healthcare facility, we urge anyone who finds themselves in this situation to be proactive about their health and well being.  We CAN help you!

FREE CONSULTATIONS - SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE, CONTACT US TODAY!

It bears repeating...time is of the essence and YOUR HEALTH MATTERS!    We offer to our community a  FREE consultation to properly evaluate, document and provide a treatment plan from a qualified board certified physician.  This consultation is your opportunity to address your pain as quickly as possible along with your concerns and questions.

It's also important to note that should you be furthering your information on to an insurance company or should you decide to seek legal representation, you MUST provide this documentation.   Maximum recovery from auto accidents including medical bills, automobile damages and pain and suffering most likely will be dependent upon this information.

Don't go it alone, call today to get started.

CONTACT ONE OF OUR LOCATIONS TODAY!

Please know our facilities are BWC Certified and have expertise in work related injuries.  If you are in need of filing a BWC Claim, we can help fill out any necessary forms related to your injury. We are happy to work with your employer and/or current doctors to make sure we provide the most appropriate care. Our goal is to successfully treat your injury and get you back to work as quickly and safely as possible.

  • I was injured at work. What am I supposed to do?
The first thing you should do is to report your injury to your supervisor or employer immediately. Ask to fill out an incident report in written form. Be sure to keep a copy of the incident report for yourself. Make a note of any witnesses to your injury and the circumstances leading to it. At this point you should seek medical attention and provide a detailed description of your job and how you were injured.
  • Do I have the right to choose the doctor who will treat my injury?
Absolutely, yes. The law clearly states that the patient may choose the doctor for diagnosis and treatment of work related injuries, including a doctor of chiropractic. You are not required to see your employer’s or company’s doctor. You may seek the care of any chiropractic or medical doctor who is certified by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. There is one exception; this is when the employer for which you work is self-insured. In this case, you are required to see their preferred doctor for the first visit only. After your first visit, you may then choose any
    certified doctor.
  • Should I file a workers’ compensation claim?
Yes. You should file a claim as your private health insurance may not cover work related injuries. In addition, if you change jobs your workers’ compensation claim will remain open and you can continue treatment, even if you change insurance with your new job.
  • How can I find an attorney who is familiar with workers’ compensation?
We can refer you to local attorneys that specialize in workers’ compensation claims.
